They just needed a different, external perspective combined with the genuine experience of engaged and committed listening. It’s not a magic formula; it requires work from the client—in fact, they’re the ones doing the work, leading the reflection. The results naturally depend on how invested and committed the client is in their journey.
Coaching, as I practice it, is a very pragmatic and concrete approach to assessing the current situation and the various possibilities available. The sessions allow you to learn techniques for making professional decisions.”
