In 2025, it becomes the primary driver of a smarter and more personalized employee experience.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-weight: 300\">Artificial intelligence is establishing itself as a daily assistant. Autonomous AI agents handle repetitive tasks, allowing employees to focus on higher-value activities. For example, they can automate meeting scheduling or email sorting. However, this evolution requires clear governance to ensure ethical and responsible use.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-weight: 300\">Spatial computing opens new horizons. Augmented and virtual reality create immersive workspaces, particularly valuable for training and remote collaboration.
