These hybrid talents, capable of leveraging AI tools to be more productive and efficient, are what every company is competing for today.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">It is therefore a priority for companies to identify aptitudes rather than advanced technical skills (which are rare). Aptitude reflects both the ability and willingness to learn to work with AI, even if those skills aren&#8217;t yet fully developed.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The most agile companies are already betting on this approach to identify profiles that are open to continuous learning, curious about new technologies, and capable of thriving in a rapidly transforming environment.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">\n<h5 style=\"text-align: justify\"><b>A strategic imperative: preparing tomorrow&#8217;s talent.<\/b><\/h5>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Rethinking recruitment strategy doesn&#8217;t stop at talent acquisition: it&#8217;s crucial to anticipate future skill needs.
