\nYou are not a brand, but you are certainly a perception.<\/b><\/h5>\n


\nThe <\/span>personal branding<\/span><\/i> concept is too reductive: you’re not there to communicate about yourself, but to embody a vision, establish a framework, and build trust around your decisions.<\/span><\/p>\n

What others perceive of you doesn’t depend on what you say, but on how you show up in relationships: what you convey in a brief yet clear email, in a sincere “thank you” after a meeting, in the way you value (or overlook) your teams in a presentation often weighs more heavily than any inspiring post.<\/span><\/p>\n

    An executive who publishes rarely, but always with precision, who thanks without excess, but without fail, who knows how to say “no” without damage, becomes a reference point.<\/span><\/p>\n
